vincetta is a poet and author of ‘metamorphosis’. she has been penning her thoughts and experiences consciously since she can remember. she was known for writing letters to her mother, who raised her, as a means of expressing herself clearly and truthfully. she wrote her first poetry book in fourth grade as part of a class project, and has kept journals upon journals of her writing throughout her life. writing has been a part of her being arguably since the womb.

creating and self-publishing her debut poetry book, metamorphosis, has led her to embrace the beauty in being vulnerable, in being human, in being a divine part of source, and thus the beauty in being herself. metamorphosis has liberated her, giving her the courage and freedom to flap her wings and fly to new heights.

vincetta also composes soundscapes that range from ambient to house that explore environments, energies, and emotions that she finds herself moving through and with. vincetta serves as a healing guide for the community at free true you too.
